Each enclosure can house up to 12TB of storage using 1TB SATA drives. Its modular design enables up to 21 enclosures to be mounted in a standard 42U rack, delivering a total of 189TB, or up to 8 enclosures in an MSA1500 or MSA1510i SAN setup, providing 64TB of capacity in an entry-level SAN environment.
