Great help from Tekmart stand-by support team
We were looking to purchase a replacement controller for a client IBM storwize storage system when one in the storage packed up. We did a bit of searching and found this supplier who had the units ready that we could collect same day. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Being in Cape town, we opted for their delivery than collection.
Looks like they get orders out when they promise. In my case, they went out of the way to have the units shipped same day to Cape Town. Totally unheard of in these days though their couriers were a bit expensive. Ordered on Tuesday evening, 07 /11 , received Wednesday 08/11 afternoon.
Their website was accurate with the details that we required. I actually liked the compatibility section showing the other systems this same part would work with. Not sure how they do it but I found it quite helpful. I would consider them again purely for this first experience.
Unbelievable service
Im a first time client of Tekmart. Ordered a product on a thursday with info I was given from someone else. Realised they gave me the wrong info and that I ordered the wrong item from Tekmart. Dropped them an email explaining the error and they where only to happy to change the order for me, over a weekend. Amazing service in this day and age. Thank you Tekmart for your absolutely amazing service.
Patient and good communication
I’ve worked with Tekmart on a variety of projects over the past several months, and have been very impressed by the team's energy. Terrence has been great. We exchange a few phone calls and e-mails, and they handle the rest. Each consultant will know what the other is doing which is great to know in case another one is away and is good for continuity. They know what you want, and they deliver. What is great is that they go out of the way to suggest alternatives that would work in a request incase they don't have the particular part number in stock.
Any maintenance company trying to figure out how to get going would do well to have Tekmart’s help.

Great place for server parts. Good communication and fast delivery. Thinus went above and beyond to help answer questions about some configurations and other questions I had. Our drives arrived well packed and worked without issue. The SAS HDDs were in flawless shape (incl. SMART stats). I send my highest recommendation to work with them!
