What I needed was some rails for supporting some pretty very heavy Dell R930 servers. These worked perfectly for my purpose, making it easy to slide the server in place and tighten down the front screws to lock it in place. The screws don't stick out too much, so you should be able to secure your units unless you have really short screws-the supplied M6 screws that come with the racks should be long enough. I used these to hold up these servers fully populated with 24 x 2.5 inch SAS drives each in them. No problems holding the weight so far, just a little inconveniencing that the rack ears have threaded holes, so if you don't use M6 size screws, then you may need to do modifications if you don't have a square hole rack where you can change the size of the receiving cage nuts.
