The SKU:9NN24 is a Dell part number referrring to the 1U LCD Security Bezel for several generations of Dell PowerEdge servers.
It is an optional accessory that provides both physical security and local system monitoring capabilities.
This version of the 1U bezel is the LCD locking front cover.
The bezel provides the same security and airflow benefits as the 9MTRW, but it also features a small LCD screen and navigation buttons. This allows administrators to quickly view critical system information, status alerts, error messages, and even perform basic configurations directly at the rack.
It's use however has a specific requirement-the server chassis must have the necessary 3-contact connection points (typically near the right grommet) to interface with the LCD panel on the bezel.
In short, should you need a front cover that allows for visual server monitoring and local diagnostics, then you will need the 9NN24 (LCD) model-this one !
If you only need physical security and dust protection, the 9MTRW (standard) model will suffice.
