A great little kit instead of buying server rails and they were a very cost-effective alternative. Needed to place a switch in a rack and have it stationary and this worked great. This bracket is easy to assemble and has a variable depth and fairly thin so I was able to set a rack-mount Poe switch on it and the ears holding the weight were just sufficient.
