These adapters fit perfectly into our Dell PowerVault MD3200i disk array storage system. It does what it advertises and i'm very happy with my purchase. You need 2 fine-threaded screws to attach the SSD to the bracket, then 5 countersunk fine-threaded screws to attach the bracket (and other side of the SSD) to the 3.5 inch drive tray. We use SDDs for the boot drives on our servers and storage systems and the standard trays only support the 3.5 inch drive form factor. I will buy them again if I need to.

Funny that when upgrading my Poweredge 2950 server, it became apparent that Dell SSD drives were much more expensive than purchasing these brackets along with some Samsung Pro SSD drives. Just that was needed to upgrade an older system for less ! Impressive.

Exactly what I needed. It should be adaptable to any 3.5 tray. I have used them in both 13 and 14 gen caddy's. We have implemented them in Dell R520 to convert 3.5 inch trays to use 2.5 15mm drives.
