Well made quality product. Been using it with no problems and it is working well with our R540 and R740 servers. Comparing with the original ones that came with the server I don't see any difference. Also a big plus the support they provide and the compatibility list letting you know on which Dell 14 gen servers they should work in. Thank you

I purchased four of these 3.5" hard drive caddies for a PowerEdge R650xs server used by my small business. The caddys are exactly as advertised, worked flawlessly with the server and, matches the Dell hard drive caddies exactly (though not having a sticker showing the drive type and size). Installation was a breeze. Will buy more when we need. These caddies fitted my needs.
