It's nice to see that some companies still recognize the importance of good customer service. Fast shipping to Bethlehem, Free State and we received these drives just as described. We used these drives in the company's D3700 array. They are new, but out of production so I never expected to be talking to HP SA about them. As long as you know/understand what you're getting, you'll be happy with these drives. You also get a standard 1 year warranty on drives-which is an industry non-standard guarantee for older options. One drive failed within the warranty period. A technical consultant from Tekmart was very quick to respond and offer me a choice of a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and they were extremely fast to get the new drive shipped out, which all worked as expected.
