I received my order quickly and it was the item described! Their communication could have been better -- I didn't receive any notification or update on the Tekmart site that my item had been shipped at all before it arrived -- but it arrived quickly and safely packaged, and I'm happy with it and their service. That made up for their miscommunication to me.
