Was a bit confused on this but their support stepped in. The unit arrived in great shape, everything exactly as I expected it to be. It's just a heatsink anyway; and was the correct replacement part for the additional processor on our DL380e server. Installing was easy as it involved the screwing it down onto the board etched screw holes. Has been 6-months now and everything has been working ok since !
