• > In some cases, a single VRM failure may cause all installed VRMs to be reported as failed, because the voltage plane is shared between VRMs.

• > The premature failure occurs most frequently when powering on the server, causing the server to fail to power on. If the VRM fails while the server is already powered on, the server will shut down.

• > The potential for failure is minimal and is limited to a range of ProLiant G3 servers
