Bought this module from Tekmart and it was a kit. Came with two screws which was easy to Install and set up. Clipping it in and screwing the 2 screws did it for me. The write-back cache is on and everything is going extremely smooth so far. Works exactly as expected, the disk utilization is fluctuating between very low percentages which is good. This is an imrovement as It was also affecting my servers' responsiveness for some reason before. Our client is happy so are we.
