These was a genuine badged IBM drives. They were listed as the genuine customer replacement units for our IBM X3550 M3. Ours was a smooth easy transaction from ordering to the delivery. The disk drives arrived promptly and have been working fine with no issues. We were able to set up a clean Raid 5 setup with the drives initializing correctly with no errors with the ServeRAID M5100 facility giving the all clear after reading all the attributes correctly on the drives. Great support back up from the supplier. Would highly recommend. They seem to know their stuff well !
