The slide mechanism is smooth, and the whole setup feels quite strong and solidly built. These rails are firm and lock securely, work as expected; the server is well placed and slides easily. They were shipped fast enough and packaged very securely. CAUTION though: the R710 servers fully populated are heavy and doing this improperly can break the rails, and hurt you in the process !
