5 of 5 Stars These EMC 4gb MM fiber transceivers work pretty great. I wish my switches supported 10Gb SFP+ ports, but the switches I have only support the 1.25Gbps SFP transceivers. These are not only a great price, they work flawlessly with Cisco switches. I have a Cisco PoE Smart Plus Switch (SG-220 26p switch) for small and medium business set-ups and they will transfer the full bandwidth at low latency to one another. I've had no heat issues with these SFPs and I've had 0 dropped packets.
