Bought two of these kits for our DL360p G8s. Super easy to install in a rack, clip on the front and back rails in the rack, clip the inner rail to the server, slide the server in, it's that easy. They are marked left/right/front/back for no nonsense installs. Seems to work fine. A bit of cosmetic damage but it seems functionally fine. Trying to install on a DL160 G8 that was lying around, I noted that this particular rail kit also work. They have the same mounting requirements. Saved us from spending more on a kit specifically for this second server.
