I had to replace the battery in my old 3ware card and it worked great. Plugged right in and I was back up and running with a battery backed write cache. Excellent price for replacement battery and works just like original. After a brief charging period I tested battery capacity with 3ware bios utility. Showed 255 hours. I couldn't be happier. Still going strong 8 months down the line !

The original battery finally died so I got this as a replacement. My 3ware card recognized it and now I have my cache again. I had to reuse the black bracket that holds the battery and this battery is the same exact shape as the original, so it fit perfectly. The original was rectangular shaped (it had a small section missing and the bracket was shaped to only let you orient the battery one way). Otherwise all is working great again.
