Key points to note on these SFP-10G-T-X Cisco enterprise modules:-
The Cisco PID for the Cisco SFP+ 10GBASE-T iare these SFP-10G-T-X modules.
These Cisco 10GBASE SFP+ modules give you a wide variety of 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity options for data center, enterprise wiring closet, and service provider transport applications.
The following three data rates are supported by the module: 100M/1G/10Gbps. If there are limitations on the platform host, a subset of speeds might be supported.
The table below shows the reach and data rate by cable type.

Their maximum power consumption is 2.5W at 30 meters (CAT6A or better).
The SFP-10G-T-X interoperates with any device that supports 10GBASE-T, 1000BASE-T, or 100BASE-TX standards (such as IEEE 802.3an, 802.3ab, 802.3u). The SFP-10G-T-X interoperates with other BASE-T transceivers with (RJ-45 ports) as well as embedded BASE-T ports on servers and switches that comply to the IEEE standards described above.
They have the SFP+ form factor and an RJ-45 interface so that CAT5e/CAT6A/CAT7 cables can be used to connect to end points with embedded 10GBASE-T ports. They are suitable for distances up to 30 meters and offers a cost-effective way to connect within racks and across adjacent racks.
The table below summarizes the platforms that will support the SFP-10G-T-X as well as deployment limitations.
