5 of 5 Stars These adapters fit perfectly into our Dell PowerVault MD3200i disk array storage system. It does what it advertises and i'm very happy with my purchase. You need 2 fine-threaded screws to attach the SSD to the bracket, then 5 countersunk fine-threaded screws to attach the bracket (and other side of the SSD) to the 3.5 inch drive tray. We use SDDs for the boot drives on our servers and storage systems and the standard trays only support the 3.5 inch drive form factor. I will buy them again if I need to.
