5 of 5 Stars This is an awesome add on card and cable kit. The HBA card itself works with both SATA and SAS drives. The cables however will only work with SATA drives. I had ran out of connections so i used the second cable and with both installed, i've finally got enough ports for my NAS needs. One splitter cable supported 4 drives. Adding the second splitter i'm now able to expand to 8 drives. Can't complain. Didn't need to flash the card-it came in IT mode as per the listing. Price was ok and was delivered on time. Get one and you won't regret it.
