Note: These cables are pre-bent specifically to reach the AROC slot near the processors.

The spare kit (879456-001) is the physical equivalent of the 874573-B21 retail option kit. It typically includes:

• ::1x Mini-SAS Cable (~500mm / 19.6in): Connects the drive backplane to the controller.
• ::1x Mini-SAS Cable (~280mm / 11in): Used for specific routing depending on which "Box" (1, 2, or 3) the drive cage is installed in.

Lastly, because the ML350 Gen10 is a large tower server, the distance between the drive cages at the front and the controller slot near the CPUs varies. These cables are pre-bent and measured to follow the internal cable management channels perfectly.

Important:

**If you are using a standard PCIe standup card (type-p) instead of the modular AROC controller, this cable will likely be too short. For a PCIe standup card, you would need spare kit 879157-001 instead**
