Got one of these units for a server at work. Super easy to install in a rack, clip on the front and back rails in the rack, clip the inner rail to the server, slide the server in, it's that easy. Works perfectly for a DL385p gen 8 server. I have also found out these rail kits are compatible with both the DL380p and DL560. Just in case.
